Michael J. Gingles

director

Professional with over 30 years corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the mining industry. He is an expert in strategic planning, valuations, corporate and business development, and commercial contracts, with extensive experience in developing mining, energy, water, and infrastructure projects. During an 11-year career with gold major Placer Dome, he is credited with leading transactions resulting in the development of 30 million ounces of gold reserves. Recognized as a QP member of the Metallurgical & Mining Society of America (MMSA) with special expertise in Mineral Valuation, Finance. He holds a BSc. in Geology from King’s College London, an MSc. from the Royal School ofMines, and an MBA from Imperial College Business School.

Dr. Andrew Harley

director

Scientist and industry specialist with over 30 years in environmental planning and management, supporting resource groups with feasibility and permitting, operational compliance, and closure and reclamation. Dr Harley's academic work includes the study of remineralization, soil mineral weathering and plant nutrition, experienced in geochemical evaluation and mine waste rock characterizations integrating geochemical and soil forming processes to support reclamation, restoration, and mine waste reuse.  Dr Harley holds BSc (Hons) in Physical Geography/Geology– from the University of New South Wales, and a PhD in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition from the University of Western Australia.

Don Miller

director

Specialist in strategic management planning, human resources, reorganizations, operations, project development, and international M&A’s gained over 30 years working in the USA, Canada, and Central & South America. Held executive and senior positions with Getchell Gold, Newmont, and Cyprus. Holds an MBA from the Univ. of Phoenix, a BSc. in Business from the Univ. of Arizona and is a graduate of the Executive Senior Management Program at Penn State University.

Francis R. McAllister

Former mining executive with extensive corporate and industry experience gained serving with several major mining companies, including executive and management positions as Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, CFO and COO during a 34 year career with ASARCO, and Chairman and CEO of Stillwater Mining Company. Currently pursuing advocacy role in the remediation of hard rock abandoned mine lands in western USA. Holds an MBA from New York University, a BSc. in Accounting from the Univ. of Utah and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Michael G. Nelson

Professional with 40 years academic and private sector experience in the mining sector. Currently Chair of the Dept. of Mining Engineering, and Professor of Mining Engineering at the Univ. of Utah. Extensive research work in the fields of mine engineering and processing, including study in the field of treatment of mine waste water. Holds a Ph.D in Mineral Eng. from the Univ. of West Virginia, and an M.S.in Instrumentation Physics and a B.S. in Metallurgical Eng., both from the Univ. of Utah.

Stephen Proett

Director and manager of commercial projects for large international groups. Experience in construction management and contracting for project operational & capital programs. Developer of proprietary project management software (www.contemplorsoftware.com) with a focus on natural resource, infrastructure and case management projects. Holds law & business finance degrees from theUniv. of Colorado and Univ. of Denver.
